Initially designed by Rey3 of the Rey3 Design Collaborative, www.rey3.com, and refined in collaboration with Brad White of Fishbone Fine Woodworks who built it, this table was designed for Iriet Adelberg and her family. The intent was to create a simple streamlined sculptural piece. The x geometry is used to choreograph the sequence of experience, from the visual tension created by the x, an external solidity by the wood, and finally the lightness of crazy reflections created by the inset mirror, within the concave surface.
